Miss Porteous
I joined the teaching team at Brereton in September 2020, after a career in the music world. I particularly enjoy teaching maths and music. Outside school I enjoy reading, attending live music events and running, completing a few marathons along the way.
Mrs Gadsby
I enjoy supporting the children in Y4. Having being with them in Reception, I know them well and it has been lovely to see their progress so far.
Mrs Marshfield
I began working at Brereton in 2012 providing one to one support. Since then I have trained to deliver individual reading programmes. I work with children throughout the school on reading. I also work with Key Stage Two teachers to provide phonics and guided reading sessions. I teach social stories and provide classroom support in Years Five and Six. When I am at home I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, cooking and digging in the garden!

Miss Porteous, Miss Gadsby and Mrs Marshfield are looking forward to another exciting half term.
PE will now be on Wednesday, with Forest School making an exciting return on Tuesday morning. We will also still have Music on Monday.
