Year 3 poison dart frogs D&T

Class: Year 3 Year: 2016 - 2017

As part of our topic about Brazil we have been learning about animals in the rainforest. This week we have designed and made poison dart frogs. First we planned our designs, before using felt to create the body and limbs. We sewed around the edge of the body and filled it with either cotton wool to make a cuddly toy, or lentils to make a bean-bag. 

As you can see Year 3 are very creative! They have very much enjoyed this activity and are proud of their end product.
