Pensarn 23.04.15

Welcome from Pensarn! We are having the most amazing week away. The staff at Pensarn have all been completely wonderful in their care, support and welcome. All of the children are looking fit and healthy and their sun tans are developing well. As I type this we have groups on the water on canoes, kayaks and paddle boards. Some are off gorge walking and others rock climbing. Unbelievably the children have slept really well this year. They have told us that there have been no midnight feats - believe that if you wish.

Just one more activity session to do this afternoon and then we will enjoy our last evening meal together before heading home (via MacDonalds) to you all tomorrow.

Last night Year 6 joined Year 5 up at Bryn Y Moel for races and games before we all sat round a beautiful camp fire to sing and reflect on our stay. Dave and Naomi, our instructors, shared their thoughts and songs with us before Year 6 walked back to the harbour.

We have loads of photographs to share with you; even proof of children cleaning and making their own packed lunches!

We look forward to seeing you all tomorrow. It has been an absolute pleasure spending the week away with your children.
