Year 1 Week 1

Class: Year 1 Year: 2015 - 2016

This week everybody has made a wonderful start to the new year! We are very excited about starting our new topics learning all about the Polar regions and Space!  We have already undertaken a trip to the Arctic on the Polar Express to explore, looked for clues of an escaped penguin and came up with some fantastic instructions on how to catch him!  In maths we have been reminding ourselves how to split numbers into tens and units and have been solving number problems based on this.
