Year 1 have had a brilliant day at Delamere Forest. This morning we learnt about the trees in the forest. We found out how acorns turn into oak trees and how they take 60-70 years to grow. After lunch the children have the opportunity to explore the forest. They had fun in the mud kitchen, den building, an obstacle course and chilling in hammocks.
