Dear Parents,
Monday
On Monday we had a SPAG test, we all did so well! It was a bit hard but we got through it. In PE we did some games of netball then we watched the Year 1 and 2 Nativity. In the morning, we also learnt multiplying fractions. In collective worship we looked at different names for Jesus and made a wordle together as a class.
Tuesday
We had science with Mr cotton and we learnt about fossils which was very interesting. We also did a reading test it was a lot of reading but we all did it so well. In the morning we did SCARF and learnt about people’s differences. Before break, we did our second lesson on multiplying fractions, we all understand it now.
Wednesday
In the afternoon, we did a junk orchestra with Mr Collier and made a song which we all did so well with it. We also did our first Arithmetic test then a spelling test. In maths we started to divide fractions which we all thought it was easy after a few questions on the board.
Thursday
On Thursday we did some research on our favourite place to make an information leaflet in geography. We all chose different places from all over the world. We also carried on with another maths test, it wasn’t too bad!
Friday
We did celebration assembly and Sofia got her certificate for her good work this week. We also had our final test today which was a maths test it wasn’t bad we all did so well. We finished off our geography writing and made our information leaflets.
Happy weekend!
