Year 4 Science and ICT

In Science Year 4 have been learning about the importance of a balanced diet. In our latest lesson we learnt about the diets of different animals. After researching whether animals were carnivores, herbivores or omnivores, we wrote fact files and imagined what their food order would be at the zoo. We also learnt that some animals are called ruminants and have four stomachs. They part digest their food in the rumen before regurgitating it and chewing it again!
