What's happening in Year 4 WC 11.1.2016

Maths: We are continuing to work on place value which includes rounding, estimating numbers on a number line and using everything we have covered to solve problems.

English: We are working on adjectives and using conjunctions to expand sentences.

RE: We are beginning our unit on parables looking at The Good Samaritan.

I am really pleased with how well the children are progressing in Swimming. The children are now working towards earning badges which involve them doing a range of skills, not just swimming distances. More details are these will be sent out later in the term.
