Welcome to Brereton Miss Davenport!

Hello!

My name is Miss Davenport, and I will be joining year four until February. I am a student teacher from Manchester Metropolitan University, and have been given the privilege to work with Brereton Primary School. So far, I have helped year four learn about Henry VIII’s six wives in history, have read ‘Operation Gadgetman!’ in English and practiced some column subtraction in maths.

I have had a fantastic time with year 4 so far, and can’t wait to get to know the class better in the coming months!

I have previously worked in a special needs school in Flixton, and my first degree was in English Literature.

I look forward to working with all the children, parents and staff throughout my time here.
