This term, Year 4 have been learning all about the digestive system. This week we used our knowledge to make a fully operational digestive system using everyday household items. Safe to say that the class really got stuck in to the experiment and I'm fairly confident that it will stay long in their memory. 

The children began by matching parts of the digestive system with pictures of household objects, then were given a box containing everything they needed; the rest was left to them. I hope the pictures do it justice!
