Week beginning 5.12.16

We have had an amazing week this week, we have been learning all about Reindeers.  We found out lots of interesting facts, made reindeer hats and even decorated biscuits, which of course we had to eat, they were delicious.

In phonics we have been working on spelling complex words and learning further graphemes for reading. We have been testing how many activities we can do do in one minute, using sand timers and looking at o'clock and half past on an anologue clock in numeracy.  During literacy we have researched endangered animals and written lots of facts about them.  

Our nativity is well on the way now and we are all looking forward to performing next week.  Many thanks for the costumes and help with learning lines.
