Our First Week in Year 4

Welcome to everyone in Year 4. I have been very impressed with how mature the children are, how independent they are and how quickly they have settled in. Each morning, I have been met by smiles and the children are showing our school values throughout their day.

Today, we considered the challenges ahead for members of our School Council. Then we developed a prayer and for each positive thought we blew bubbles to show our thoughts heading out into the ether, spreading our positive thoughts and reaching God with our words.

Other lessons have included our new text, The World of Whales, recalling number line skills and refreshing our First Aid skills. 

I look forward to another activity-filled day tomorrow.
