Literally tearing up our work!

One of our writing projects this half term is to write a flashback story which alternates between the present (quite a precarious situation) and the past (a pleasant memory- the flashback).

To acheive this we have been writing separate paragraphs based on the brief and then literally tearing them up and rearranging them into a new sequence of events. We have then been looking at how to link these ideas with a sentence or two.

Year 6 have impressed us with their ambition and writing stamina- what a long way they have come in recent months!
