Goodbye Reception

The final day of Reception has drawn to a close and what a joyous, emotional celebration of these wonderful children it has been. As those children that you entrusted into our care in September  walked out of the door today, I felt such pride in the compassionate, courageous,  bright young people that they are. We have had a magical year full of moments of pure joy and it has been an utter pleasure and privilege to teach each and every child in their first year of school, nurturing their genuine love of life and learning. I shall observe their journey through school with delight and pride, beginning with a fabulous Year 1 with the exceptional team. Reception, thank you for all that you have taught me this year and good luck on your next adventure. You will surely shine like the stars you are.

Thank you to all parents and carers for your truly wonderful support this year. I hope that you all have a lovely summer break. Looking forward to seeing our new Year Ones in September!
