DT Week

This week, we have constructed a mechanical toy using a cam, a cam shaft, a cam follower and a push rod. The children have worked incredibly well, employing new skills and understanding whilst showing great independence in their problem solving this week. Well done, all round.

I would like to say a big thank you to my dad for his help with this project: not only did he forsee several problems and provide the solutions but he also filmed the lessons with me for the children to follow. Thanks Dad!
