Well done on a fantastic half term year 6!

We are so proud of you all for everything you have achieved over the past few weeks. Only a few more weeks to go before we complete our writing and then we can throw ourselves into the summer show and all the exciting things we have coming up.

The parts for ‘The greatest showman’ have now been sent home. If you have any queries about costumes then please get in touch. We are awaiting on the date of the final performance as this has had to be changed due to the Holmes Chapel transition days now being held on our show day. As soon as we have rearranged this we will let you know.

You all deserve a break this half term but I have set one small piece of homework in preparation for our next piece of writing. We will be creating a biography on our favourite celebrity – this could be a singer, actor, sports person, scientist or anyone else who inspires you. If everyone could do a little bit of research into their early life, career, achievements etc on their chosen person before coming back to school that would be very helpful.
