Year 6 SATs

SATs tests for Year 6 begin next Monday 9th May. The timetable for tests is:

• Monday 9 May - English reading test
• Tuesday 10 May - English grammar, punctuation and spelling Paper 1: spelling; English grammar, punctuation and spelling Paper 2: 
• Wednesday 11 May - mathematics Paper 1: arithmetic; mathematics Paper 2: reasoning
• Thursday 12 May - mathematics Paper 3: reasoning

All tests will be completed in the morning and there are no tests to complete on Friday. As always, it is imporatnt for children to have a good sleep the night before tests and we would encourage them to have breakfast before school. It is important children attend school and arrive on time next week. If you feel your child is too ill to attend school, please inform the school office as soon as possible. Above all, please remind children we only ask them to do their best.
