Lambs visit Reception.

Lesson: Understanding the World

Class: Reception Year: 2017 - 2018

Wow, what an amazing afternoon we've had, four very special visitors came to see us.  At first, we stroked the lambs, their wool felt soft and spongy, then we were also lucky enough to bottle feed them.

We were told the lambs like to drink milk but have also just started to eat hay and corn.

We found it really funny when one of the lambs tried nibbling our coats and shoes, we asked lots of questions and learnt that a lambs mummy is called a ewe and their daddy is called a ram.
