What achievement celebrations do you have in school?

We celebrate all achievement and success here at Brereton C E (A) Primary School. We hold a celebration assembly on Friday afternoons where the weeks achievments are shared with the whole school.

Excellence Certificate

This is a teacher nominated certificate given to children for showing their abilities within the classroom durning the week

Children's certificate

This is a certificate where the children nominate another member of their class to recieve an award and is a more informal celebration.

Christian Values

Christian values certificates are given out to children that have demonstrated behaviour that fits into the framework of christian ethos of the school. Endurance, compassion, service, thankfulness, forgiveness, peace, trust are just a few examples of our christian values.

Sporting Achievments

Children are encouraged to bring in any sporting achievements they may have had outside school such as swimming certificates and badges to share with the whole school. It is also an opportunity to share the success of the school's sports teams.

Team Points

Achievement points are used throughout the school to reward children for many reasons. Each week these points are collected by our Year 6 pupis and separated into the school's four 'houses', Mars, Pluto, Saturn and Jupiter and the team with the most team points recieves the 'Team Points Trophy'.
