Year 6 - 22/1/16

In maths children have been working on ordering, recognising equivalent and adding and subtracting fractions. We are also continuing to revise times tables (in and out of order) and work with Roman numerals.

In English we have been looking at descriptive writing. The children have been encouraged to think as authors considering the image in the readers mind. They have used some fantastic vocabulary, similes and phrases to create atmosphere.

PE continues to be on Thursday afternoons and we are developing skills in Rugby.
