Jobs for the weekend.

Evening all,

Its been a fantastic week in school with all children working hard. On Thursday, Mrs Tice commented how the children are progressing superbly in their violin and cello abilities. 

This afternoon (Friday) we have held our first intra school sports competition with all children taking part in a cross country event around the school field. We had great success at this in year 4 with 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in both the boys and girls race coming from the class. Well done to all involved. 

Next week, year 4 go on our first trip of the year to Tatton Old Hall. Please ensure that children have a coat and suitable outdoor footwear for the day as there are outdoor aspects of the trip. Having been to the venue, I can ensure children they are going to have a fantastic experience. 

This weekend be sure to ask your children/tell your parents about our story writing this week. It would also be brilliant for children to research some Tudor chores around the home.
